I am applying for a loan facility (“Facility”) to InCred Financial Services Limited (“the Lender”). In pursuance to my application for the Facility, I hereby unconditionally and irrevocably acknowledge/ declare and confirm that:

1. The grant of the Facility is subject to execution of documents and fulfilment of other closing formalities by me, as required by and to the satisfaction of the Lender in this regard. I also acknowledge that the Lender reserves the right to reject my application for such the Facility and to retain all information, photographs and other documents submitted by me;
2. I have no insolvency proceeding initiated against me nor have I ever been adjudicated insolvent/ bankrupt or declared non-cooperative borrower/ wilful defaulter;
3. I authorise the Lender and its agents to share all information and details provided by me with this application and in relation to my existing loans and/or repayment history to any third party including its group companies, service providers, banks, financial institutions, credit bureaus, telecommunication companies, statutory bodies, etc. for verification, credit rating, other analytics, and assessments;
4. Irrespective of sanction of the Facility, I have no objection to the Lender and/or its group entities contacting me for promotional offers of their products or services. I confirm that the privacy rights available to me under various statutes, including National Customer Preference Register (NCPR)/ National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC) will not be exercised by me in relation to any promotional offers or information received from the Lender and/or its group entities;
5. I declare, warrant, and represent that all documents, information, and details provided in the application form to avail the Facility and documents given by me to the Lender and/or to its agents in connection therewith, are true, correct, accurate and up-to-date in all respects and that I have not withheld or suppressed any material information in this regard;
6. I/ We confirm that I have gone through the following details available on the website of Lender (www.incred.com): (a) Interest Rate policy of the Lender, (b) Schedule of Charges applicable, and (c) List of documents required to be submitted with the application;
7. I have no objection in authenticating myself with Aadhaar based authentication system and consent to providing my Aadhaar number, Biometric and/or One Time Pin (OTP) data for Aadhaar based authentication for the purposes of availing of the loan facility from InCred Financial Services Limited. I understand that the Biometrics and/or OTP I provide for authentication shall be used only for authenticating my identity through the Aadhaar Authentication system for that specific transaction and for no other purposes. I understand that InCred Financial Services Limited. shall ensure security and confidentiality of my personal identity data provided for the purpose of Aadhaar based authentication;
8. I understand and acknowledge that this document is an electronic contract formed and governed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder as amended and applicable from time to time. I further acknowledge that this electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical, electronic or digital signatures;
9. I confirm and declare that I have read and understood the above terms and conditions and other contents of the application form and I am agreeable to the same.
