Resignation of Directors
- Mr. Nitin Agarwal who was appointed as director of the Company on December 13, 2016 has resigned from Board of the Company with effect from March 31, 2018.
- Mr. Raj Vikash Verma who was appointed as director of the Company on October 27, 2017 has resigned from Board of the Company with effect from April 28, 2018.
- Mr. Sunil Agarwal who was appointed as director of the Company on March 19, 2018 has resigned from Board of the Company with effect from May 16, 2019.
- Mr. Hoshang Sinor who was appointed as director of the Company on July 24, 2018 has resigned from Board of the Company with effect from December 5, 2019.
- Dr. Parvinder Singh Pasricha who was appointed as director of the Company on March 4, 2020 has ceased to be a Director with effect from September 3, 2020.
- Mr. Deepak Narang who was appointed as a director of the Company on March 4, 2020 has resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. June 11, 2021.
- Mr. Girish Nadkarni who was appointed as a director of the Company on March 19, 2018 has resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. June 13, 2021.
- Mr. Antonius Bruijninckx who was appointed as a director of the Company on November 6, 2019 has resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. December 15, 2021.
